She met delivery man, Jason Ternynck, and had a nervous breakdown. She was in love with Jason but wasn't quite ready for marriage. Her grandfather raised her to be very independent. She tried seeing other men but couldn't stop thinking of Jason. He eventually proposed, and she couldn't refuse. She realized she could marry Jason and still hold onto her independence.
